MScreen Features
- Integrate data from single-point primary screens through concentration response screens and follow-up studies (eg functional assays, PK etc)
- Visualize, analyze, perform quality control and compare assay data from 96, 384 and 1536w plates across multiple targets
- View multiple channel single-point primary screen data with plate heat maps, drill-down scatter plot and other statistically significant variables
- Run Boolean searches and build unlimited filters when mining for hits on primary screens.
- Use the flexible GRETL NLM fit module to apply curve fitting to concentration response data
- Run administrative controls such as changing assay plate layout, running time correction, including/excluding plates or wells and assigning hit threshold for assays.
- Run sub-structure and similarity searches using the Chemaxon JChem toolkit in the single and batch mode
In addition to standard biochemical and cell-based assays MScreen also supports compound multiplex assays and Luminex flow cytometry formats
Integrated Data View: Compound Screening Results view showing all primary and confirmatory screens with activity statistics. MScreen considers a sample to be active on a target if it has been a hit at least 50% of times that it has been screened on all its assays. |
Concentration Response Data: MScreen allows users to view single curves, multiple curves, replicate well data along with the QC decision. Administrators can alter fit models and inclusion criteria for visualizations within the MScreen DRC Q/C system |
